Workshop on “Effective Marketing Strategies for “Start-ups”
Dr. Supriyo Patra from the Department of BMS/Business Administration of St. Xavier’s College(Autonomous) Kolkata was invited as a KEYNOTE Speaker to conduct a workshop on “Effective Sales and Marketing Strategies for Start-ups” at George College during the Impact Lecture Series on 13th of February 2026.

Dr. Patra, in his presentation, emphasized the 4Ps and 7Ps of marketing, the concept of STP, and IMC, with real-life examples and case studies of successful startups in the Indian context. The session was highly interactive and engaging.

The workshop was a joint initiative of the Institution’s Innovation Council and IQAC, connecting with the Vision of the Ministry of Education’s Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) in collaboration with AICTE.
